When you can name all the major band fundraisers. 7. When you look forward to the next fundraiser. 8. When the 2 minute warning at a football game takes on a whole other meaning. 9. When you know the details of the band budget better than that of your family's 10. When you start to think of the kids in the band as yours. 11. When you realize that after next year you will not have a child in the band and you're seriously considering adoption. 12. When you actually want to volunteer. 13. When you're on a first name basis with the judges at the band's competition. 25. When you send suggestions to the band director. 26. When the band director takes your suggestions. 27. When you vote for all the school levies without even considering alternatives. 28. When you leave home on an errand and end up in the high school parking lot. 29. When you buy a mini van because your vehicle didn't hold everyone in your carpool. 30. When you consider a hot-dog part of a balanced diet. 31. When you know how many lug nuts are on the equipment truck. 32. When you understand the scoring system used at band/guard competitions. 33. When you judge a school system by the amount of money they spend on their stadium and gyms. 34. When you know the band cheer. 35. When you lead the band cheer. 36. When you know all the section leaders. 37. When you continue to volunteer for band events even though your youngest child is no longer in the band. 38. When you can sew better than your mother. 39.
